David W. Gadd was raised in Springville, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, on a University scholarship for academic excellence. After his freshman year, David volunteered for two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon his return, David completed his undergraduate at Brigham Young University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Business Management in 2001.
David subsequently worked for the National Kidney Foundation of Utah for two years, where he managed the Foundation’s “Kidney Kars” car donation program. In 2003, he began attending the University of Idaho College of Law. While there, he was a member of the University of Idaho Law Review. He also assisted in teaching legal writing to first-year law students and mentored those new to the college. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2006.
In July 2006, David and his family moved to Twin Falls, where he served as a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Hohnhorst, and the Honorable Randy J. Stoker.
David joined Worst Fitzgerald and Stover in 2007. His practice emphasizes general civil litigation, contract law, business law, real estate and transactional law. He is a member of the Twin Falls Rotary and the American Inns of Court. He is married to his wife, Hillary, and has three young boys.
